Wonder what an ‘Adventure Vehicle’ is? Me too.
I have been exploring this for the past 15 years. We have built what we thought were perfect examples, in categories of their own. Yet when I looked closer, they share something deeper with every vehicle I have ever come across. This left me to still ponder this question - What is an Adventure Vehicle?
When I look back at the vehicles I have owned; each has taken me somewhere. Moved me from where I was, to where I was meant to go. In fact, I will make the claim that vehicles appear front and centre of all of our stories. They are indeed catalysts for the best tales we come across.
The Onwards Club explores our relationships with these machines that allow us to move ourselves, our families, our businesses and our ideas. They shape culture, our economies and our physical environments, but most importantly- they take us away on adventures. Here we collect stories of vehicles + their owners from around the globe.
No vehicle snobbery here- absolutely anything goes.

What happens once you are signed up?
We will share the stories collected though the club on our blog, substack, social media and in our future publications (with your permission of course) we plan to welcome members to our workshop for events and discussions. We are also working with partners and likeminded companies to bring exclusive opportunities for club members. Plus you get some sweet Onwards merch as part of our full membership : )
Our aim is to grow a community of likeminded people, explore and discover more about our relationships with vehicles and celebrate all the weird and wonderful ways in which we use them.
